The United Cerebral Palsy Foundation – San Diego County is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of business and community leaders, and human services provider professionals dedicated to UCP’s vision of a San Diego where each person belongs and contributes in a world with No Limits!
The Foundation is dedicated to the full independence, productivity and citizenship of people affected by cerebral palsy and other disabilities.
Mr. Norin is a recently retired CPA who has served United Cerebral Palsy for over 30 years in various positions ranging from board membership to President for UCP-San Diego, UCP-California and the national UCP organization.
Mr. Matthews is an experienced and highly talented public relations and marketing professional who served on the UCP/San Diego Association board as a member and its President prior to coming on the Foundation board. He is the father of a son with cerebral palsy.
Mr. Seminaro is a graduate of San Diego State University and has served on the Foundation board for a number of years. As a consumer with cerebral palsy, he brings an important perspective to the board.
Mr. Suderman has come to the Foundation board after serving on the Association’s board for many years in numerous positions including President. Recently retired, his background includes working in both the “for-profit” and “non-profit” arenas for such companies and organizations as Abbott Laboratories and the San Diego Rescue Mission.
Mr. Pederson is a lawyer with years of experience and specializes in planned giving and financial planning for his client base. He has been a strong supporter of UCP for 30+ years and has also served in various positions on the local, state and national levels for the organization.
